Redmi K20 pro was officially the Flagship Killer 2.0 from Xiaomi and was called as the Successor of the Legendary Poco F1 in India and it was loved by the fans so much.One thing to dislike about Xiaomi and Redmi Phones was its Software and Ads and Bloatwares,But xiaomi didn’t do this with the Redmi K20 series as it was considered the First flagship level phone from Xiaomi and Redmi in India.
Redmi K20 pro has now recently got the update with the Firmware Version MIUI 12.0.5.0 Global and it has been released via OTA.My device got it in the last batch so the article is publishing late.
This update brings the MARCH 2021 Security patch and bugs fixes and doesn’t bring anything else to the table.There are a few Optimizations here and there but not anything major.

Redmi K20 pro was launched with MIUI 11 out of the box based on Android 9 pie and the recently got updated to the Android 10 based MIUI 12 GLOBAL version which still lacks a lot of features from the Chinese Version and has less Bloatware too because of the ban from Government of India.
