Oppo has worked with other Entertainment studios for collaborating on their special edition smartphones. All these special editions were more popular than the normal phone itself because of the limited availability. This new year has just begun and Oppo has already announced their flagship phone Oppo Reno 5 pro+ Artist limited edition. Now, according to the reports from the certification bureau, Oppo may be working on a special edition smartphone called as ‘Oppo Reno 5 Marvel Edition.
Oppo had collaborated with so many different parties for their limited edition smartphones in the past but this time they are once again collaborating with the renowned Comic book publisher Marvel Studios. This time they would be doing another Marvel special edition for their recently launched Reno5 series as this what the reports suggest.
The phone’s model CPH2159 appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification bureau and it says that this will be an LTE variant and not the 5G variant. This model will likely be called Oppo Reno 5 Marvel special edition and it will be limited to 4g connectivity. So as per speculations it is likely confirmed that the special edition is likely to be based on OPPO Reno5 4G and not the 5G version.
