[Update 12.0.4]Redmi K20 Pro receives December Security patch and Mi home shortcuts in the latest update.

Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro, A flagship killer from 2019 is now getting another update for the month of December with the latest December security patch and Mi Home shortcuts in the control centre which not so many people asked but still its better than having nothing.

Redmi and Xiaomi Devices has a mixed and complicated software update system which I guess is not monthly nor bi-monthly and sometimes it is both. Usually, there is a gap of about 45-60 days in terms of a software update, especially in Redmi K20 series.

Now Xiaomi has rolled out an OTA update for the Xiaomi Redmi K20 pro in India which have poco launcher on top of MIUI 12. Due to the Poco launcher and as it was not updated to match the gesture navigation of Android 10 it is very lacking in terms of other features too.

As of now, the new gesture navigation pill is still not available but security patch and bugs fix and system optimisation are more than welcome.MIUI 12 brings all-new design and animations along with new features such as Super Wallpapers, Floating Window, New Control Center, Enhanced Privacy Protection features such as Interceptor, Flare, Hidden Mask Mode and more to the Xiaomi and redmi devices.
