Motorola One Fusion Plus:A value for money from Motorola.

Motorola, one of the most loved brands before 3-4 years. The brand offers amazing features at an amazing price. But it changed all of a sudden when they were not able to cope up with the competition launching value for money by cost-cutting some of the elements of a smartphone. The pricing was aggressive and Motorola when launching the phones was keeping it slightly higher than the rest of the competition.

But it all changes today, Motorola has launched the Motorola one fusion plus in India with some great features at pretty aggressive pricing. Motorola one fusion plus offers some pretty cool specs and it takes on the likes of realme 6 pro,pocoX2 in Indian Market. Let’s see what the Motorola one fusion plus has to offer in terms of specs.
First off, the display here is a 6.5 inches Full HD+ IPS LCD panel without any notch and very thin side bezel. Although the bottom chin is I would say is of decent size. The notchless display panel here provides an immersive viewing experience. The screen to the body is ratio is above 90% which is great. The display is also an HDR10 certified so one thing is definitely amazing for sure, the viewing experience.
Talking about the processor, Motorola has used a 700 series Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in a midrange device. If we look at the past few models, they were powered by 600 series Processor and were more expensive than this. The processor here is Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G, which is built on the 8nm fabrication process and it is very heat efficient along with the good processing power. In terms of graphics usage, it is still no problem doing heavy graphics processing like gaming etc because of the Adreno 618 GPU unit. However, you will not be able to Play games like Pubg mobile on extreme framerates. Overall its a very good processor in terms of daily performance.
The processor here is a good one, But to power such a Powerful processor and huge display, Motorola has provided a massive 5000mAh battery along with it. The charging technology is a trade-off because you only get an 18W fast charger in the box. It is lower than what the competition is offering but hey, its moto here. The battery once charged can easily last a day or two with normal usage.
Let’s put an eye on the camera setup here now. The rear camera setup comprises of a Quad camera array, a 64MP sensor to lead as the primary sensor. It has an 8MP Ultrawide camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture. You can also shoot Ultrawide videos from this Ultrawide camera lens. The third is a 5MP macro vision camera with Which you can take clear sharp images of the closeup subjects. The fourth sensor is 2MP depth sensor which will ease off the load from the software and will get live bokeh effect in the photos and depth sensing.
The front camera has a different form factor instead of notch it is built into a popup mechanism. The sensor here is a 16MP with f/2.0 aperture. It takes good photos in good lighting conditions. The pop-up selfie gives an advantage in having a full view edge to edge display which enhances the experience of viewing to the next level.
Motorola one fusion plus is equipped with a 6GB RAM and a 128 GB internal storage. You can expand up to 1TB of storage via micro SD card. But here’s the problem, it is not equipped with a triple-slot due to pop up mechanism, instead it has a hybrid sim slot so you can use one sim card and a memory card or 2 sim cards simultaneously without using a micro SD card. But in my opinion, most people won’t go for micro SD as it has 128 GB internal storage.
Motorola one fusion plus runs Android 10 out of the box. The software experience is very close to stock Android with some tweaks and features from Motorola. One of the many features is moto actions which with some gesture shortcuts makes using the Android much easier with simple tasks done just by fliping and picking the phone. It also has features like Moto gametime, GOOGLE assistant, moto display and more.
The audio in this device is also equipped with HI-FI speakers which will give output up to 400% louder than the average devices. This will give you crystal clear audio experience, and bass even while watching movies so you never miss a beat. It does have a 3.5 mm headphone jack so that’s a relief.
Motorola one fusion plus is Launched at very aggressive pricing in India with great features and specifications. It is launched at 16999 INR for the one and only storage Variant with 6GB of RAM and a 128GB of internal storage. It comes in two colour variants: Twilight Blue and a Moonlight White. Both colours look awesome. It will go on sale through Flipkart in India with the first sale commencing on 24th JUNE 12 PM.
